No Corkage Fee:
Guests who wish to serve alcohol must arrange for their own Special Occasion Permit. Savings on the service of alcoholic beverages will be significant because there is no corkage fee charged on consumed alcohol.
Caterers:
View our list of caterers here. Menus can be obtained through the caterer, as well as at the Estate office. Clients are responsible for making all arrangements for food service.
Rates:
Rates are calculated on a half-day (5hour) basis, allowing time for set-up and clean-up. Functions requiring major set-up and/or decorating, such as wedding receptions, will be considered as a full day and evening. Contact the estate office for more details.
Payment:
Payments are to be made Interac, Visa, Cheque or Money Order payable to the: "Elsie Perrin Williams Estate". Payment is due 6 months prior to the function.
